We are seeking a passionate and results-driven professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to work with a diverse group of customers, using your exceptional communication skills to deliver a unique customer experience.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls, emails, or live chats, identifying and assessing customer needs, and building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

You will also provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools, meet personal/customer service team targets and call-handling quotas, and keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound calls, emails, or live chats
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team targets and call-handling quotas
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

Requirements:

  • Fundamental Qualifications:
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Good level of English

  • Strong communication, problem-solving and active listening skills
  • Strong written skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
