Tech Leader Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and multilingual individual to join our customer support team in Greece. As a German-speaking customer expert, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to customers from Germany and other German-speaking countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat & email
- Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
- Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
- Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets & more)
- Assist customers to manage/secure their account & passwords
- Set-up repairs for hardware-related issues
- Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
- Fluency in German
- Advanced English knowledge
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
- Great communication skills
- Prior customer support experience would be an advantage
- Strong troubleshooting skills
