Work as a customer expert with a top tech leader. We connect customers with leading global businesses providing Customer Care, Sales & Technical Support services.

This is a great opportunity to join our English customer experience team, to support customers from the UK and Ireland after following a complete training by certified instructors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Communicate with customers via phone, chat & email.
  2. Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner.
  3. Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand.
  4. Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets & more).
  5. Assist customers to manage/secure their account & passwords.
  6. Set-up repairs for hardware-related issues.
  7. Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support interaction experts.
  8. Maintain high customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
  • Fluency in English.
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology is preferred.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Prior customer support experience would be an advantage.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
