We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Finnish-speaking expert. This role offers the opportunity to work with a multinational company, collaborating with our team in Greece.

Your Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, identifying customer needs, and providing appropriate solutions. Your responsibilities may include guiding customers through billing inquiries, handling transactions, and resolving issues in a timely manner. You will also assist customers with placing orders, answer inquiries, troubleshoot or escalate technical issues, and follow standard diagnostic procedures.

Your Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills in Finnish, as well as a good command of English. Sales experience with consumer products and services is an asset, along with technical research skills to troubleshoot customer problems. Additionally, you should have advanced internet research skills, an empathetic personality, and a positive attitude.
