Job Title: Bulgarian Customer Experts for Global Brands

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with customers?

We are seeking a talented Bulgarian-speaking customer expert to join our vibrant team of professionals. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring their complete satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls, chats, social media, and email communications with customers or individuals interested in learning more about our products
  • Resolve customer inquiries, provide technical support, and offer product information to meet their needs
  • Provide advice on products through outbound calls to new and existing customers, aiming to optimize the use of our products
  • Guide customers through the online store purchase process
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, marketing initiatives, and policy changes
  • Deliver excellent customer experience
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of Bulgarian (both verbal and written)
  • Good English language skills
  • Computer literacy (MS Windows, Internet applications, etc.)
  • A positive attitude and pleasant personality
  • Willingness to train and learn new skills, integrity, and passion for learning
  • Accountability when handling sensitive information
  • Previous working experience in a similar customer service position is an advantage
