Bulgarian Fintech Customer Support Specialist

- As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer support and experience to clients from diverse financial backgrounds.

You will be the primary point of contact for customer and client requests, utilizing phone calls, e-mails and chats to deliver seamless customer experiences. Your daily responsibilities will include providing daily support and consulting clients on best practices about their business, as well as resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Resolve issues as they arise - timely and efficiently
- Strive for excellence in every interaction, aiming for increased product usage and customer loyalty
- Meet personal goals and team targets
- Fluency in Bulgarian
- Excellent English language skills - both written and spoken
- Work experience in a customer support role is a plus
- An interest in digital banking and payment solutions is desired
- Exceptional communication and soft skills
- Tech savviness and learning agility
- A genuine sense of ownership and team spirit
- Flexibility in adapting to a fast-paced environment
