Customer Experience Specialist Job

A key role in our team is to provide top-notch customer experience, representing a global brand. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customer requests, utilizing phone calls, emails and chats to deliver seamless experiences.

The ideal candidate will have fluency in Portuguese, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in customer support or customer care is an asset.
