Tech Customer Support Expert

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email.
You will track and follow cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner, maintaining high customer satisfaction while representing a major brand.
You will also provide troubleshooting for mobile devices, assist customers to manage/secure their account & passwords, set-up repairs for hardware-related issues, and escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts.
Requirements- Fluency in Hebrew
- Advanced English knowledge
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
- Great communication skills
- Prior customer support experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
