Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer expert to join our team. As a customer expert, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, chat & e-mail, tracking and following cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner, maintaining high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand, providing troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets & more), assisting customers to manage/secure their account & passwords, setting-up repairs for hardware-related issues, escalating unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do:
  • Communicate effectively with customers
  • Track and follow cases
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Provide technical support
  • Assist customers with account management
  • Escalate unresolved cases

Requirements:
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred
  • Great communication skills
  • Prior customer support experience would be an advantage
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
