We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a team.
This role requires fluency in English (C1-C2 level) and Greek, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.

Job Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and email
- Process orders - Sales Confirmation / Proforma Invoice issuance
- Invoice preparation
- Resolve customer complaints or issues via email
- Credit control – Follow up of prepayments – balance payments
- Commercial invoice entry in the accounting system
- Company expense entry
- Communication with suppliers about payments
- Freight payment management and shipping line communication
- Reporting and analysis
- Compliance with company protocols and guidelines for customer interactions
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an international setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1-C2 level)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
