We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a team.

This role requires fluency in English (C1-C2 level) and Greek, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.

Job Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and email
  • Process orders - Sales Confirmation / Proforma Invoice issuance
  • Invoice preparation
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues via email
  • Credit control – Follow up of prepayments – balance payments
  • Commercial invoice entry in the accounting system
  • Company expense entry
  • Communication with suppliers about payments
  • Freight payment management and shipping line communication
  • Reporting and analysis
  • Compliance with company protocols and guidelines for customer interactions
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an international setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1-C2 level)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
