Multilingual Customer Experience Specialist

About the Role
- Manage inbound calls, emails, or live chats to provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer inquiries.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide information by using the right methods/tools and meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents in a secure and efficient manner.
- Proven customer support experience with strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
- Fluent in Italian with a good level of English.
- Strong focus on customer needs and understanding of how customers can behave.
