We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team, providing top-notch support to customers worldwide. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, chats, social media & email communications with customers, resolving inquiries and providing product information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, social media, and email.
- Resolve technical issues and provide product information.
- Provide advice on product usage to optimize customer experience.
- Guide customers through the online store purchasing process.
Prerequisites:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent knowledge of Spanish (verbal and written).
- Good English language skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Windows, Internet applications).
- A positive attitude and pleasant personality.
- Willingness to learn new skills and integrity.
