Coffee Machine Customer Support Specialist

The Role Overview is to provide exceptional customer service experience and expertise in Arabic language, supporting daily operations of coffee machine users across the globe. This role will be a valuable addition to our team, ensuring seamless communication with customers who speak Arabic as their native language.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Primary Point of Contact: Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels (phone, chat, email) providing timely and efficient support.
- Utilize knowledge of product features and specifications to facilitate the use of our coffee machines by customers.
- Maintain strong relationships through consistent communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic, including dialects and cultural nuances of the Gulf region (e.g., Saudi Arabia, UAE).
- Excellent written and spoken English skills are required for effective communication with colleagues and customers.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly valued but not essential.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this position.
