Job Title: Online Examination Support Specialist

About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced professional to provide top-tier support and ensure exam integrity. As a key member of our agile team, you'll enhance the efficiency and excellence of our global certification services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
  • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive customer experience throughout the examination & certification process.

Online Proctoring:
  • Oversee secure and fair conduct of certification exams at designated testing centers or online platforms.
  • Enforce exam rules and protocols to maintain certification process integrity.
  • Handle technical or procedural issues that may arise during exams.

Back-Office Exam Operations:
  • Execute administrative tasks related to exam registrations, scheduling, and result processing.
  • Maintain accurate records in our systems, ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Previous experience in similar roles/functions considered an asset.
  • Prior working experience in certification of persons and/or training and exam fields advantageous.
  • Excellent English and French language skills (native-like or C2 level certification desired).
  • Advanced computer literacy required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Well organized, self-driven, flexible, and able to work in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
