We are looking for a skilled customer support professional to join our team. If you have great communication skills, an interest in digital banking and payment solutions, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Danish, with very good use of English, both written and spoken. Previous work experience in a customer support role is a plus, but not required.

As a customer expert, you will be responsible for providing daily support and consulting clients on best practices about their business. You will also respond to customer inquiries about our services and solutions, as well as complaints, always in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers and clients
  • Utilize phone calls, emails, and chats to provide a seamless customer experience

Requirements:
  • Fluency in Danish
  • Very good use of English - both in written and spoken language
  • Work experience in a customer support role is a plus
  • An interest in digital banking and payment solutions is desired
  • Exceptional communication & soft skills, as well as a problem-solving mentality
  • Tech savviness & learning agility
