As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, answering calls from U.S.-based customers, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Answer incoming calls from customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate and complete information using the right tools, methods, and processes
  • Upsell products or services to existing customers where applicable

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent English language skills (B2 level)
  • Previous customer service experience recommended
