Job Opportunity:

- The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.\
- They will also assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and solutions, ensuring excellent customer experience and satisfaction.\
- Maintaining accurate records and following up on customer requests is also an essential aspect of this role.\
- Collaboration with team members to deliver high-quality support is also a key responsibility.\
- This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required, although strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.\
- Florentian Italian (written and spoken) & good English skills are also necessary.\
- The ideal candidate should have EU citizenship OR valid work permit (full-purpose, specific-purpose, or refugee protection certificate).\
- Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records and following up on customer requests.\
- Duties also include collaboration with team members to deliver high-quality support.\
