  • We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Danish speaking customer expert to join our team in Greece.
About the Job:

As a customer expert, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, chat and email. You will track and follow cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner, maintain high customer satisfaction by representing a major brand, provide troubleshooting for mobile devices, assist customers to manage/secure their account & passwords, set-up repairs for hardware-related issues, escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support interaction experts and maintain high customer satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Fluency in Danish
  • Advanced English knowledge
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology is preferred
  • Great communication skills
  • Prior customer support experience would be an advantage
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
