We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Danish-speaking Customer Expert. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has excellent communication skills in Danish.

The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email, tracking and following cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner, providing strong, professional relationships with all partners, and working towards reaching targets set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets. Additionally, the candidate will answer customers' inquiries, troubleshoot or escalate technical issues, follow standard diagnostic procedures, and turn every customer into a happy customer. The ideal candidate will also have strong written and verbal skills in Danish, good communication skills in English, tech savviness, solution-driven out-of-the-box thinking, an empathetic soul with matching communication skills, a positive and adventurous attitude, and a willingness to soak up all the knowledge and experience offered.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
  • Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner
  • Provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners
  • Work towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets
  • Answer customers' inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues that they face
  • Follow standard diagnostic procedures with an emphasis on handling the most frequently asked questions as effectively as possible
  • Turn every customer into a happy customer
Requirements:
