Danish Speaking Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and fluent Danish speaking individual to join our customer experience team in Greece. As a Danish speaking customer experience representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers from Denmark, providing exceptional support and ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve their queries and concerns.
  • Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
  • Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices and assist customers with managing/secure their account & passwords.
  • Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support interaction experts.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Danish and advanced English knowledge.
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology.
  • Great communication skills and prior customer support experience is an advantage.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
