Are you a visionary leader who can drive global teams to success? We're seeking an experienced Citrix professional to lead our global team responsible for support, administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of existing and new Citrix on-premise implementations.

This position will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality services and driving productivity through efficient project management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing level 3+ support to delivery teams on escalated issues
  • Conducting root-cause analysis for critical incidents and problems
  • Engaging with vendors for support, updates, and planning as required
  • Taking ownership of designated technologies covering Citrix environment and platforms
  • Ensuring all internal documentation is up-to-date and shared centrally with the team
  • Evaluating the Citrix environment for future capacity and technology changes
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to create customized Citrix solutions meeting business needs

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • 10+ years of experience in troubleshooting, implementing, and managing complex Citrix environments
  • Citrix Certified Professional (not required but advantageous)
  • Five years of experience working in an ITIL managed environment
  • In-depth knowledge of Citrix product offerings, including Netscaler, XenApp, XenDesktop, and legacy products
  • Ability to work collaboratively with customers, project managers, and engineers to develop customized infrastructure
  • Detailed understanding of Windows Server operating systems and networking
  • Implementation and migration experience with medium to large Citrix environments for enterprise customers
