Production Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee the entire production lifecycle and ensure pharmaceutical quality standards are consistently met.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing efficient production schedules in coordination with cross-functional teams, monitoring key production KPIs, and identifying performance gaps.
  • This role also entails ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, as well as managing procurement, inventory, and supply chain logistics to maintain seamless production.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or a related field is required, along with minimum 3 years of experience in production management within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Candidates must possess strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.
