
Dyson Product Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to assist customers with their Dyson devices, responding to inquiries and providing guidance on product usage and technical troubleshooting.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication. You will handle incoming phone calls, messages, and emails from customers, offering solutions to their technical issues and processing warranty claims, repairs, and replacements.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English, strong attention to detail, good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle unexpected changes and customer concerns with professionalism.
