  • Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in assisting customers with their Dyson devices, responding to their questions, and providing guidance on product usage and technical troubleshooting.

Your responsibilities will include handling incoming phone calls, messages, and emails from Dyson customers, providing information and assistance on Dyson products, including vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair care tools, and more. You'll troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions to customer inquiries, process warranty claims, repairs, and replacements, and offer product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.

Excellent communication skills in English are essential, as is strong attention to detail and good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. The ability to handle unexpected changes and customer concerns with professionalism is also required. Experience in customer support or technical support roles will be appreciated.
