Job Title: German Customer Service Representative

 

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a German-speaking Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional customer service to Dyson customers across various product lines, including vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, and hair care tools.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information on Dyson products, including features, benefits, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process warranty claims, repairs, and replacements in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Offer product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through consistent and professional communication.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Good technical knowledge of Dyson products and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in customer service or technical support roles is preferred but not required.
