Customer Support Specialist in Greece

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Greece.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Key responsibilities include assisting with account-related queries, resolving payment issues, and basic technical troubleshooting.

We require strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, as well as fluency in French (C2 level) and English (B2 level). EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card is also required. 0-1 year of experience in customer support is ideal.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service across various channels (phone, email, chat, social media)
  • Support users with account setup, login issues, payment concerns, and general troubleshooting
  • Act as a dependable and understanding liaison, particularly for customers in the sports industry
  • Address inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-driven mindset
  • Foster strong customer relationships through effective, compassionate communication
  • Follow internal guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality service
  • Requirements:
  • Fluent in French (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
