We are seeking a highly motivated and fluent German speaker to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with international customers and are passionate about providing top-notch service.
Job DescriptionThis role involves supporting international customers via phone, chat, or email. You will be responsible for solving issues, offering clear product guidance, and representing global tech, retail, or travel brands. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that every interaction with our customers is professional and empathetic.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Fluent German speaker (C1/native)
- Good level of English (B2+)
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- EU citizen or legally allowed to work in Greece
- Basic computer skills
- Monthly gross salary: €19,200 per year
- Relocation package including paid flight to Greece, 4 weeks of free hotel accommodation, full assistance with tax, bank, and paperwork, fully paid training, promotion & career growth opportunities, private health insurance, multicultural work environment, and life by the sea sun, culture, and great food
Monday-Friday: 10:00-18:30
Saturday-Sunday: 11:00-19:30
(2 rotational days off per week)
