The role involves addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive service experience.
Your Mission as a Customer Advisor- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat from customers, providing accurate information and effective solutions regarding products and services.
- Efficiently address and resolve customer issues, ranging from product information and order tracking to troubleshooting common problems and handling complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system, maintaining detailed and organized records.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent service quality and efficiency.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on product features and company policies to provide comprehensive and reliable information to customers.
- Customer-first mindset and strong communication abilities.
- Language Fluency: Excellent English communication skills are essential, both verbal and written, with a clear and articulate speaking style.
- Problem-Solving Skills: An analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose issues, find solutions, and guide customers through steps effectively.
