English-Speaking Customer Service Representative in Athens

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece.
About the Role:
- As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, offering assistance and solving problems via email, chat, or phone.
- You will handle customer inquiries and technical questions, providing step-by-step guidance and solutions.
- Your goal is to deliver high-quality service that meets performance targets.
- You will record interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements:
- English fluency (C1 minimum written & spoken)
- Already based in Athens, with legal right to work in Greece
- Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
- Basic tech skills and a team-player attitude
- Prior customer support experience is a plus but not required
