Imperial Customer Service Representative
">We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic customer service representative to join our team in Athens. As an Imperial Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing the inquiries of our Italian-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experiences are positive.
">- Deliver exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Quickly resolve customer inquiries and provide relevant information about our products and services.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all client interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately and share feedback for service improvement.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Engage in continuous learning and training opportunities.
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively resolve problems and attention to detail.
- Experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Openness to interact with a wide range of customers.
- EU passport is required for application.
