Italian Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a skilled Italian speaking customer service advisor to provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and vibrant team, providing excellent customer service while experiencing the rich culture and beautiful history of Greece.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide insightful solutions and manage customer issues with professionalism and care.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain clear communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and service techniques.
- Gather feedback from customers to help improve service and product offerings.
- Foster a positive relationship with clients to encourage loyalty and trust in the brand.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on delivering excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help customers resolve their issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
