Italian Customer Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece. This is an exciting opportunity for an Italian speaker to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database;
- Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers;
- Ensure client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the company's escalation policy;
- Troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents, and system training;
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or Higher
Languages: Native/Fluent Italian; Good level of English (C1)
Skills: Active Listening, Problem Solving, Troubleshooting
