Italian Speaking Customer Support Representative
Job Description:In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries regarding subscription services, account management, and any related issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer support to Italian-speaking clients across various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with questions about subscription services, billing inquiries, and account updates.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to exceed expectations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance service delivery and respond to customer needs.
- Stay informed about product features, updates, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
Skills:
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in subscription-based services or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and strong computer skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
