
Italian Speaking Customer Support Representative

As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their banking inquiries and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Your strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will make you an ideal candidate for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Address client inquiries related to banking products and services, providing accurate and timely information.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant banking regulations and company policies to ensure compliance.
- Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system for accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on banking products and industry changes.
• Fluent Italian language skills (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in the banking or finance sector (preferred)
