About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Italian and possess excellent communication skills to provide top-notch customer support. They will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle calls, emails, and chat requests from customers in Italian.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, products, and order status.
- Upsell and cross-sell products as needed.
- Resolving account and billing issues, handling returns and exchanges.
- Exchanging ideas and solutions with colleagues.
- Turning every customer into a satisfied customer.
Requirements:
- Fluent Italian language skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Computer knowledge and technical savvy.
- Availability to work rotating shifts and overtime as required.
