We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Real Estate Management Department.
Job DescriptionThis position is based in Athens, Greece. As a German Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will provide exceptional customer support to clients regarding real estate management services through phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service to German-speaking clients by addressing their inquiries related to property management, leasing agreements, and general real estate questions.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints while ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate or property management sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
- Detail-oriented with effective organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
