- Deliver superior customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding real estate management services.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to property listings, leasing processes, and management services, ensuring accurate records of interactions and follow-up on outstanding queries.
- Maintain positive relationships with internal teams to address client needs and enhance service delivery.
- Educate customers on real estate processes, policies, and available services, gathering feedback to identify potential improvements.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in real estate or property management.
