We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers in a prompt and professional manner
  • Occasionally promote additional products or services to existing customers based on their needs and interests

Requirements:

  • Fluent/Native in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background
  • Competence in navigating computer systems and commonly used software applications
  • Demonstrates professionalism, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
  • Availability to work consistent overnight shifts

The hourly salary ranges from €12 to €20 per hour, with an additional 25% increase for hours worked between 22:00-06:00 EET/EEST. The gross monthly salary is around €1200 EUR, with a meal allowance of €50/month.
