We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Greece. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to Microsoft Business Customers through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to Microsoft Business Customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Analyze customer issues and troubleshoot technical problems using technical expertise and knowledge of Microsoft products.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer cases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Technical expertise in Windows Operating Systems, Local and Wide-area networking, Microsoft productivity suite, Directory Services and Active Directory.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
