
Italian-Speaking Technical Support Specialist

The role requires fluency in Italian and excellent communication skills in English, as well as exceptional written and spoken communication skills, soft skills, and problem-solving skills. You will also need solid Science, Math, Engineering, or Computer science background and 2-3 years helpdesk or system admin experience with exposure to medium to large businesses. Experience with Microsoft Office products is required, and Business Client support or service experience is a plus.
Responsibilities include answering Microsoft Business Customers' inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues, handling customer issues through collaboration, resolution, or escalation, ensuring key stakeholders and Microsoft Business Customers are up to date on the resolution status of their issue, logging cases on internal systems, and maintaining solid Business relationships by handling customer questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
