Business Development Team Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Team Lead to join our team and take responsibility for the successful execution of business development projects, ensuring that our objectives are met with precision and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of at least 3 years in business development, preferably within the energy sector. They will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to perform under pressure, and handle multiple priorities.

Key responsibilities include daily on-the-job coaching of the team to improve their sales skills, implementing and overseeing business development strategies, analyzing team performance metrics, and providing actionable feedback to each team member.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and track ongoing campaigns' progress
  • Lead daily team meetings to align goals and identify training needs

Requirements
  • Previous experience of at least 3 years in business development
  • Experience in team supervision and delivering training sessions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure and handle multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
