You'll work closely with our senior sales team to identify and engage with potential business clients, generating high-quality leads and arranging qualified meetings.

  • Prospective Client Identification: Research and pinpoint potential B2B clients using diverse tools and platforms.
  • Outbound Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and professional networking.
  • Needs Discovery & Qualification: Conduct in-depth conversations to understand client requirements and assess their potential as a sales opportunity.
  • Solution Articulation: Clearly explain the benefits of our software solutions, tailoring your message to resonate with each prospect's specific needs.
  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange qualified meetings and demonstrations for our Account Executives.
  • CRM Management: Maintain records of all activities, interactions, and lead statuses in our CRM system.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and share valuable feedback from the market to help shape our sales and marketing strategies.

To thrive in this role, you'll need a blend of sales expertise, linguistic skill, and a proactive attitude:

  • Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Spanish is essential, including regional nuances. Strong English communication skills are also required.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven B2B sales experience in a similar Sales Development or Inside Sales capacity is a must.
  • Communication & Persuasion: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and articulate value.
  • Resilience & Drive: A highly motivated, target-driven individual who performs well under pressure.
  • Tech Savviness: Comfortable utilizing CRM software and sales engagement platforms.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify client needs and propose relevant solutions.
