We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to drive our outbound sales efforts, identifying and engaging potential clients to set the stage for successful partnerships.
Responsibilities:- Conduct targeted prospecting to connect with potential clients through various channels.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team by understanding client needs and articulating our value proposition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns with target audience insights.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects in our CRM system and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with prospects.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales outreach tools.
- Self-motivated and results-driven mentality with a strong desire to learn and grow in the sales field.
