Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our business in Athens.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing and developing customer accounts, achieving sales targets, and strengthening long-term relationships with key clients in the designated market.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Achieving targeted business growth in line with the sales plan and budget for the assigned market.
  • Developing and executing account plans for designated accounts.
  • Strengthening relationships with key decision makers within managed accounts.
  • Promoting our solutions to key stakeholders of assigned accounts, including delivering presentations and supporting tender responses in collaboration with our Presales and Technical teams.
  • Ensuring the delivery of superior customer service to managed accounts.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A university degree in Management Information Systems, Telecommunications & Computer Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing accounts within the Enterprise market (experience in Telco will be considered a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, trusting customer relationships.
  • Team-oriented and comfortable working with people at all levels.
