Business Development Specialist
Overview
This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Specialist located in Athens. The main responsibilities are to identify and generate new business leads, provide excellent customer service, and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic partnerships
- Identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms and close agreements
- Promote and sell our services
- Analyze market trends
- Achieve monthly sales targets as per the sales plan
Requirements
We are looking for an individual who has:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with business development and sales
- Analytical skills and market research experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent in Greek and English, additional languages are a plus
- A pre-existing client portfolio is considered an advantage
- Real Estate Market experience is a plus
