As a Business Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of driving sales for Cloud solutions. Your role is to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored digital solutions to help them thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads: Research and reach out to potential business clients interested in Google Cloud solutions.
  • Engage decision-makers: Build relationships, understand customer needs, and present cloud solutions.
  • Drive sales growth: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through outbound efforts.
  • Manage the sales pipeline: Track interactions and follow up effectively using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate and innovate: Work with your team to refine strategies and improve sales processes.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Polish and strong English skills.
  • Sales, customer service, or business development experience (preferred but not required).
  • Confidence in outbound calls, cold outreach, and building rapport with clients.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
