About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fintech Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales initiatives and promoting our fintech solution within the travel industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain a Healthy Pipeline: Ensure a continued pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Manage Sales Cycles: Oversee the sales cycle from prospecting to live customer and beyond.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment between client needs and fintech solution offerings.
  • Stay Industry-Informed: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, challenges, and emerging opportunities to identify areas for business growth.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: A degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field is required.
  • Professional Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (experience in Payments, Travel, or Fraud Prevention is an advantage).
  • Relationship Building: Proven track record of identifying, building, and managing successful relationships with prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong interest in the travel and airline industry and understanding of industry-specific challenges.
  • Sales Management: Good understanding and discipline regarding sales pipeline management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (other languages are an asset).
  • Personal Qualities: A proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability: A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
