We're seeking a seasoned performance marketing specialist to join our team. As a key player in our digital marketing strategy, you will be responsible for driving online growth and revenue through data-driven campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing-related positions and/or e-business, business consulting, digital marketing, or e-commerce. A bachelor's degree in Economics, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Marketing, or Statistics is preferred.

The role requires excellent knowledge of Paid Media platforms and programmatic advertising, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and LinkedIn for paid promotion, targeting, and measurement. Google Analytics expertise is also essential. Strong analytical thinking and the ability to understand business requirements are a must.

Responsibilities:
  • Create, monitor, optimize, and measure PPC campaigns across various marketing platforms.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of paid media accounts, including bidding, optimization, testing, and seasonal adjustments.
  • Conduct keyword research and identify potential targeting options provided by platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and propose optimization actions to improve return on advertising spend (RoAS).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing-related positions and/or e-business, business consulting, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
