Job Title: Digital Marketing Associate

As a German Junior Campaign Specialist, you will play a key role in helping businesses grow with Google Ads.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Associate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Onboarding new clients and supporting them in launching their first campaigns
  • Acting as a trusted consultant and identifying customer needs and advertising goals
  • Driving upsells, campaign optimization, and customer retention

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, understand their digital strategy, and provide expert guidance on how to improve their online presence.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Native-level German (C2) and high-level English
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or communications (a plus)
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or online marketing
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • An analytical mindset and customer-oriented attitude
