Responsibilities- Support and implement the group's digital marketing strategy across multiple channels (paid media, SEO, email, social, content) ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Coordinate and execute campaigns and promotions aligned with seasonal offers, openings, and events.
- Maintain and update key business information and content across third-party platforms, business listings, directories, and video channels to ensure accuracy and brand presence
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key digital KPIs (traffic, conversions, ROI, engagement)
- Assist in the planning, deployment, and performance tracking of email marketing campaigns across B2B, B2C, and partner audiences
- Assist in SEO efforts through localized content creation, review monitoring, and optimization initiatives in coordination with external agencies
- Liaise with internal departments (eCommerce, PR, Sales) and external partners
- Support in content creation for various digital platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across all digital materials and campaigns.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar digital marketing role, ideally in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors will be highly appreciated
- Strong understanding of digital channels: Meta, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek & English.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
